- 01 / Get ready
Check before you go.
Start with the vehicle inspection and your equipment. Flag anything that needs attention before heading out.
- 02 / Load up
Put the day in order.
Load the van, organize packages and use the handheld device to understand the route. Preparation matters once you’re on the road.
- 03 / Make the delivery
Do the details well.
Find the address. Check the customer’s instructions while safely stopped. Handle packages with care and stay in touch with dispatch when something changes.
- 04 / Return to Round Rock
Finish with the team.
Return to the station, complete the vehicle checks and hand back equipment. Pass along anything the team needs to address.
