When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry category, and message so our team can review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing or text messages. Please do not submit identity documents, financial information, or other sensitive details.

Messages are sent to our business mailbox using encrypted connections. Our hosting and email providers process the information to operate these services. Correspondence may remain in our mailbox as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form; legal or business record requirements may limit deletion.

Spam protection and technical information

Your browser sends technical information, including your IP address, when connecting to the server. The form uses a short-lived security token and stores a protected hash of the IP address with submission status to prevent duplicate submissions and limit spam. This protection data is removed within 25 hours. The website does not store message content in its form database.

Routine website access logging is disabled. Server security and error logs may contain technical information needed to maintain and protect the service. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics, and the theme switch does not store cookies or persistent preferences.
